We currently accept KNET and all major credit/debit cards. Cash on delivery is not available at this time

Shipping & Delivery

Yes we ship worldwide. Delivery costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. For Kuwait-based orders, standard local shipping rates apply.

Kuwait orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. International shipping times vary by destination you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Luxury Perfumes and Impressions come in 100ml. Regular Perfumes come in 50ml. Sizes may vary for other product categories.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened items cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality defect.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged product. We’ll make it right.
